HarmoniSoft Super Forms Application
The Harmonisoft Super Forms is a single-entry, multiple-output application.
It allows user to enter data into one HTML form and produces multiple PDF or Word documents based on user
selected logic.

The Super Forms application benefits users who spend a lot of time filling out forms. For example, when an
insurance agent submits application to multiple insurance carriers, the agent
typically fills out a separate form for each carrier, although there is a large number of
overlapping fields among the forms. Our application creates a "super form" that incorporates the
form fields from multiple carriers into a single, web-based form. The agent or prospect needs only
to fill out this one form, and presses one button to have custom PDF or Word applications generated for the selected
carriers.
